Notes: Use + in front of a term to force it to be part of the results
Use - in front of a term to force it to NOT be part of results.
There should be no space between the + or - sign and the word itself.
eg. Denmark +Cyprus will show results where both words appear,
but none where only one appears.
Denmark -Cyprus will show results where only Denmark appears
without mention of Cyprus.
Anything included in quotes (") is taken as a whole phrase.
eg. "neurological disorder" will show results that contain the exact phrase,
but none where each word appears independently or in a different order.
Wildcards can also be used (*) to search for a partial word:
eg. neurolog* will show results for both "neurology", "neurologic" and "neurological".
